This module makes it possible to use the proven DT module technology in many new applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The previous membrane technology with spiral-wound modules is severely restricted, especially when concentrating foodstuffs such as milk or coffee, due to the limitations in the permissible operating pressure and the solids tolerance.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our tests have shown that UNISOL Food Grade DT module technology can achieve a higher concentration by a factor of &gt;2. This ensures that downstream technologies such as evaporators or spray dryers are relieved by 50%. This relief can be used either to increase throughput or simply to save around 50% energy and CO\u2082.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The possibilities of the new UNISOL DT modules are manifold:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Almost all available membranes can be integrated into the Food Grade DT module.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The radial, symmetrical flow routing enables a module without dead zones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Operating pressures of up to 70 bar are possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The operating temperature can reach up to 45\u00b0C.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both the connecting parts and the housing of the UNISOL Food Grade DT module are made of 316L stainless steel.
