ULTRAPRO

The AMS membrane series offers an extensive selection of innovative nanofiltration and ultrafiltration membranes that are extremely resistant to acids, bases (alkalis) and solvents. Our state-of-the-art NanoPro™ and UltraPro™ membranes are chemically and thermally stable, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. These include filtration processes in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as in the food and beverage and automotive industries.

UltraPro™ spiral wound modules are available with diameters of 1.8″, 2.5″, 4″ and 8″. These configurations feature 31- and 46-mil feed spacers and are equipped with various components suitable for use in demanding environments.

The advantage of AMS membranes

AMS Membranes lead the way in delivering cutting-edge solutions for your separation needs. Our NanoPro™ and UltraPro™ membranes, known for their chemical and thermal resilience, offer a wide array of benefits:

  • Wide range of applications
Our membranes find utility across diverse industrial separation applications.
  • Customized configurations
Available in spiral wound configurations of 1.8″, 2.5″, 4″, and 8″ diameters, with 31 and 46 mil feed spacers. Tailored solutions can be designed upon request.

What are the reasons for AMS Modules?

  • Ultimate resistance
Our membranes include acid-, base-, and solvent-resistant, ensuring stability even in the harshest environments.
  • Wide cut-off range
AMS Membranes support both nano-filtration and ultra-filtration processes, offering versatility in your filtration needs.
  • Longevity
With the capability to withstand aggressive solutions for up to three years, our membranes are built to last.
  • Temperature and Pressure Resilience
Durable in temperatures up to 80°C and pressures up to 70 bar, our membranes exhibit stability and efficiency even in demanding conditions.
  • Improved flux
With no need for cooling, our membranes enhance permeate flux, providing efficient filtration results.
  • Flexible system configuration
Minimal pressure drop (up to 1 bar per module) grants flexibility in system setup, making AMS Membranes adaptable to various applications.
